Bristol Beer Festival suggestions to be fed back to the organisers by MF when the wash up meeting is arranged (all raised by JG)were:
Open 30 minutes early to allow people to browse beers/review the programme/get tables & chairs in a similar way that large shops that are subject to Sunday trading restrictions open early.
Alternatively distribute programmes to people waiting in the queue before the session opens. A "tear off" should be added to the festival ticket to indicate who has received a programme or who needs one when entering the festival.
Glass cleaning facilities in addition to sinks in the toilets.
